Meet Your Integrative Health Coach

Welcome to At The Table! My name is Gina Gaich and I am sitting here with you from a place of compassion, hope and encouragement. I wanted to take my experience of past struggles, mutual frustrations and an anxious heart that is healing and turn it into a way to help others. The reason I have pursued a Health Coaching career is because I’ve been where you are. I have recently gained so much knowledge by obtaining my Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certification and I am eager to share it with others.

I am married with two wonderful kids and will soon have an empty nest. Along with recently retiring from my job of 17 years at our church as the Marriage Ministry Director, I am seeking my calling as a Health and Wellness coach. When I finally had confirmation that I needed to pursue a different direction in my career, I was encouraged to not be afraid to pursue my current passions of health and wellness and help other women feel heard and cared for in their pursuit of health and wellness.

I struggled with being seen and heard by doctors, friends and family. When you have “silent” illnesses, everyone seems to think it’s “all in your head” and they are not afraid to tell you that! Until that is, they deal with the same thing or someone they know is struggling. Many doctors are not trained holistically so they have no idea how to approach and deal with root causes of illness, disease and the prevention of them. I have learned something from every doctor, naturopath, nutritionist, chiropractor, counselor, etc. I have seen many and count it all as gain, but sometimes we have to tap into our own knowledge and wisdom from within that God gives us to really see results that will last. A list of things that I have dealt with and that you might be experiencing can be found on our resources tab. (link)

We are holistic in nature so focusing on one part of our health may fix a symptom or help one area we are struggling with, but if we look at ourselves holistically and take an integrative approach (being open to traditional and holistic interventions), knowing that each of us is bio-individual (unique in our own way), we are more likely to see lasting results in our healing.

I am excited to share what I’ve learned and experienced with you as you begin or continue your health journey. I believe that God is our ultimate healer and the Great Physician so I will always come from a place of humble reliance on Him. But He has created our bodies to be able to heal through a variety of ways and I want to help you discover what is best for you and your healing process. I will not diagnose, prescribe, recommend or give medical advice. But I will encourage you, empower you and guide you in what might be next for you. So pull up a seat At The Table and let’s discover together how you can optimize your health, wellness and education in order to feel your best!
